Go fishing!! This seems to be the number one pastime! We have boats & motors for rent, a boat launch if you bring your own, and multiple docks to fish off of. You can follow the channel to Scrapper & Wilson Lakes as well. At the end of the day, you can clean your catch in the fish cleaning house. |

Kayak or paddle board Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards are available to use during your stay. |

Swim We have a sandy beach area with lily pads and a swim dock for swimming fun. |
|
|
|
Take a walk We are located on over 30 acres and have been working on clearing some paths for a beautiful walk, or just head down the dirt road. |

Swing and slide We have a small playground and sand box for the kids. |
|
|
|
Have a bonfire We have wood for sale and firepits available. We also have charcoal grills available. |
|

Take in the view & enjoy the wildlife The beauty and peacefulness is one of our favorite things! |

Find an ATV Trail There are many atv trails nearby, get on the Balsam Trail just a couple miles away. |

Check out the Boat House Head down to the boat house by the dock to access the WIFI, get a cup of coffee, buy some ice or night crawlers, or just hang out. You can also borrow games, books, and puzzles from the laundry room on opposite the end of the boat house. |
